Armação de Pêra is a traditional Portuguese town; dotted with colourful fishing boats along the beautiful sandy beaches. The old part of the town has plenty of shops, cafés and restaurants that provides an excellent place to sample the local fish and fruits as well as giving you a flavour of the culture of old Portugal.
The villa itself is situated close to Porches, just west of Albufeira and to the east of Carvoeiro in a peaceful countryside location with very easy access to a range of beaches and attractions. Just 5 minutes by car or a 20 minute walk in the sun will take you into the local town of Armação de Pêra.
Welcome to Villa Camaleão
A prominent and attractive feature of Villa Camaleão is its circular hallway with a large open staircase, in marble and wrought iron, with an arch that leads into the ground floor lounge.
Ground Floor
Ground Floor Living Room
The ground floor lounge itself has a warm atmosphere, being finished in a soft decor of cream and terracotta. The lounge is fitted with TV, video and DVD players, a video library plus satellite and music systems. The lounge leads out on to the front garden through double sliding patio doors, providing relaxing views of the local countryside.
Ground Floor Kitchen
The entrance hall and archway leads into our well-equipped kitchen, complete with fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. The kitchen it leads out onto the patio overlooking the pool and garden, making it convenient for outdoor dining.
Ground Floor Twin Bedrooms
The ground floor has three bedrooms – the first twin bedroom is decorated in country cream with terracotta accessories, wrought iron and cane furniture. Cool tiled floors, this bedroom leads out onto the terrace overlooking the pool and lawn gardens.
The second twin bedroom is decorated in country cream with lemon and mint green accessories, wrought iron and cane furniture. Cool tiled floors; this bedroom leads out onto the terrace at the front of the villa overlooking the lawn gardens countryside views. In addition to the wardrobe space in each bedroom, there is also a large storage cupboard with security safe, drawer and hanging space.
Ground Floor Double Bedroom
The third double bedroom features large, built-in mirrored wardrobes, air-conditioning and mosaic-tiled ensuite shower room facilities. Decorated in country cream and shades of gold with white furniture. Tiled floors lead through patio doors out into garden and pool area.
First Floor
First Floor Living Room
Here we have the first floor living room, decorated in country cream with terracotta sofas, wood burning fireplace, tiled floors and beautiful Indian rugs. There is a small bar, for convenient refreshments, and a large sliding glass patio door leading out on to balcony seating areas overlooking the pool - very peaceful and relaxing!
First Floor Dining Room
Here we have the first floor dining room, decorated in country cream with tiled floors There is a large table with seating for 6 to 8 people Again, a large sliding glass patio door leads out on to balcony seating areas overlooking the pool. There are also views of the surrounding countryside.
First Floor Kitchen
The first floor kitchen décor is royal blue and white tiled, fully equipped with all modern conveniences and large fridge/freezer. Sliding glass patio doors lead out onto the balcony and up to a large roof terrace with patio furniture, offering fantastic panoramic views of the countryside and surrounding local area.
First Floor Double Bedrooms
The first floor features two double and one twin bedroom. They share one shower room, tiled in green and white and finished with chrome accessories, and one bathroom, tiled in turquoise and deep blue and also offering shower facilities. The first double bedroom is finished in shades of blue with white furniture. The room has large, built-in mirrored wardrobes. Tiled floors lead through patio doors out onto the balcony with garden views from the front of the property and patio furniture.
Second double bedroom is finished in shades of cream and cranberry with white furniture. The room has large built-in mirrored wardrobes. Tiled floors lead through patio doors out onto the balcony with garden views from the front of the property and patio furniture.
First Floor Twin Bedroom
The twin bedroom is finished in shades of light blue and soft pink with white furniture. The room has large built-in mirrored wardrobes. Tiled floors lead through patio doors out onto the balcony with pool and garden views from the back of the property and patio furniture.
First Floor Bathroom
Tiled in shades of blues fresh and cool with white and chrome accessories. The main feature of this bathroom is the large corner bath.

Relax in the shade on the balcony overlooking the pool and enjoy a gin & tonic!
Poolside Garden
Mature landscaped gardens with poolside sun-loungers and seating areas. Lawn areas are surrounded by Carob, Pine and Olive trees which provides a secluded, private area to relax in and enjoy. Features include a built-in BBQ, outdoor Shower and WC.
